Tony Holmes (aka The Love Warrior) is a transformational guide, somatic facilitator, and creator of Pleasure Alchemy — a sacred body of work that reclaims sensual embodiment as a path to healing, power, and liberation. His work blends sacred sexuality, emotional intelligence, energy work, and shamanic wisdom to support people in returning to the truth of their bodies and the brilliance of their hearts.

Tony is a facilitator on love, intimacy, and sexuality with the Human Awareness Institute (HAI) and leads Emotional Intelligence trainings for Delta Airlines and the State of California, bringing his grounded, trauma-informed presence into both personal and professional development spaces.

As a Black queer mystic, father, and community leader, Tony creates brave, inclusive containers that invite radical self-love, deep connection, and embodied transformation.
