Phillip Moffitt is a writer, Vipassana meditation teacher, and Change & Transition Strategist. As a Strategist, he guides leaders in making well-considered changes and finding more balance and meaning in their lives. His books include Emotional Chaos to Clarity.
Jennifer Ward is a certified Life Balance strategist who offers individual sessions and group programs on how to skillfully navigate life changes and cultivate well-being independent of conditions. She completed Phillip Moffitt’s Life Balance Strategist Training in 2018.
In addition to teaching at Esalen Institute, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and 1440 Multiversity, Jennifer also leads programs and trainings offered by Life Balance Institute.
