Love Yourself for Everyone Else’s Sake

September 22–24, 2023

Mark Abramson

Imagine if, whatever challenges life may present, the one thing you could count on is your mind being kind to you. That is your birthright, and now is the time to claim it! Immerse yourself in this mindfulness-based approach to self-love and compassion.

Mindfulness meditation and contemplative practices have entered all spheres of our society, including corporate settings, sports performance, medicine, and psychology. Science has confirmed the health benefits in immunity, brain architecture, pain management, and mental and physical resilience that have been part of an ancient mental and physical training system through meditation practice.

During our time together, you will be invited to:

  • Learn mindfulness meditation practice
  • Mindful breath exploration
  • Connect and experience your loving attention
  • Learn to take back control of your body/mind to create a more peaceful you

Throughout the weekend, you are invited to bring your body, mind, and soul into a self-nourishing whole person while strengthening your ability to give love to others by first loving yourself.
